What Can I Expect With SeadOak IT Support?

Our helpdesk staff are all fluent English speakers. We are committed to providing UK onshore support during office hours. Our primary helpdesk and field engineers are located in Bournville, Birmingham. Our offshore helpdesk is located in Sydney.

We provide support for many different scales of business, including large, small and medium. Our experience working with a variety of business sizes is beneficial to optimising the solutions we recommend for your business.

We offer ad-hoc support 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. In most instances, you can call us now and get remote support within an hour. We also offer out-of-hours and on-call arrangements if booked in advance.
